We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide counselling, share course details you asked for, and, if you enrol, deliver the course. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Consent
By submitting a form and ticking the consent box, you agree to be contacted about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@medicalcodingjaipur.com, and we will stop contacting you.

Enquiry forms are delivered to us through a third-party form processing service, and our website is hosted by a third-party provider. These providers process data only to deliver their service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and learner records for as long as required to provide the course and certificates or as required by law.
Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or raise a grievance, by emailing info@medicalcodingjaipur.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
