Why we started
Many graduates in Rajasthan hear about medical coding from a relative or an advertisement, pay for a short course, and then fail the employer's assessment because they learned to search for codes rather than to read a record. We wanted to offer something more honest and more useful: training that teaches how coding decisions are actually made and audited, and advice that tells learners plainly what the job involves, what it pays and how long it takes.
How we teach
- Clinical reasoning first. Understand what the physician documented before choosing a code.
- Guidelines, not shortcuts. We teach from the ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, CPT guidelines, CMS policy and NCCI edits.
- Compliance and ethics from day one. HIPAA, OIG priorities and the AHIMA and AAPC codes of ethics are built into every module, not added at the end.
- Audit-style feedback. Your practice charts are reviewed the way a quality analyst would review them at work.
Who teaches
Our trainers are credentialed coding professionals with long experience in US healthcare coding, auditing and documentation across physician, outpatient and inpatient settings. They teach the course, review your charts and answer your questions directly.
What we promise, and what we don't
We promise accurate information, current material, careful feedback and genuine help with your job search. We do not promise guaranteed jobs or guaranteed salaries, and we never ask learners to pay for job placement. We are an independent institute and are not affiliated with AAPC, AHIMA, the AMA or CMS.
